One-Way, Odd-Even, and Contraflow Schedules on Java Island Toll Roads for 2026

The government, through relevant agencies, will enforce a one-way system, odd-even restrictions, and contraflow arrangements. This is aimed at reducing congestion during the 2026 Eid al-Fitr homecoming traffic on several Java toll road sections. Additionally, the primary goal is to ensure the safety of road users. The policy is based on the Joint Ministerial Decree (SKB) Number KP-DRJD 854 of 2026, HK.201/1/21/DJPL/2026, Kep/43/II/2026, and 20/KPTS/Db/2026. Below is the traffic engineering schedule during the homecoming and return flows for Eid al-Fitr 2026, quoted from Kompas.com on Wednesday (18/3/2026). This policy applies from Tuesday, 17 March 2026 at 12:00 WIB until Friday, 20 March 2026 at 24:00 WIB. For the return flow, a one-way system will also be implemented from the Semarang-Solo toll at KM 421 directly to the Jakarta-Cikampek toll at KM 70, starting on Monday, 23 March 2026 at 12:00 WIB until Sunday, 29 March 2026 at 24:00 WIB. The first contraflow period applies from 17 March 2026 at 14:00 WIB until 20 March at 24:00 WIB. The second period will be implemented on 21 March 2026 from 12:00 to 20:00 WIB and on 22 March 2026 from 09:00 to 18:00 WIB. Contraflow for the return flow will be applied on the Jakarta-Cikampek toll from KM 70 towards KM 47, starting from 23 March 2026 at 14:00 WIB until 29 March 2026 at 24:00 WIB. In addition to the Jakarta-Cikampek toll, the Jagorawi toll will implement contraflow from KM 21 (Gunung Putri) to KM 8 (Cipayung) on 24 March 2026 and 29 March 2026 from 14:00 to 19:00 WIB.
