One-Way National Scheme on Trans-Java Toll Road Km 70-414 Officially Halted
The implementation of the one-way national scheme on the Trans-Java Toll Road for the homecoming flow has been halted today. Toll traffic from Km 70 to 414 is now operating normally in both directions.
“With the permission of the National Police Chief, we declare the temporary one-way national homecoming scheme closed at 1:22 PM WIB,” said Head of the National Police Traffic Corps, Inspector General Agus Suryonugroho, at the command centre at Km 29 of the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road, North Cikarang, on Friday (20/3/2026).
Inspector General Agus stated that the decision was made after an evaluation of the homecoming traffic on H-1 Lebaran today. He noted that today’s homecoming traffic was tending towards stable.
“We have just, with the permission of the National Police Chief, evaluated the implementation of the one-way national homecoming scheme with stakeholders. On 18 March yesterday, we implemented the one-way scheme; today we evaluated that the traffic conditions are quite stable and under control,” he said.
Following this evaluation, Inspector General Agus coordinated with National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo. Ultimately, it was concluded that the one-way national scheme should be halted.
“Therefore, at 1:00 PM WIB earlier, we conducted socialisation, and after the socialisation, we carried out sterilisation and clearance for normal traffic flow,” he added.
It is known that the one-way national scheme was officially implemented on the Trans-Java Toll Road on Wednesday (18/3). The one-way national scheme was applied from Km 70 of the Jakarta-Cikampek (Japek) Toll Road to Km 414 of the Kalikangkung Toll Road.
The one-way national scheme was implemented starting at 1:30 PM WIB on Wednesday (18/3). This implementation of the one-way national scheme followed a flag-off ceremony by the Minister of Transportation, Dudy Purwagandhi.
