JAKARTA – The one-way traffic engineering on the Cikopo-Palimanan (Cipali) toll road section is still being implemented until Sunday morning (29/3/2026). Vehicle traffic is reported to be monitored as smooth on both lanes.

Based on data from 00:00 to 08:00 WIB, around 26,000 vehicles were recorded passing through the Cipali toll road towards Jakarta.

“This figure indicates a 10% increase compared to the same period the previous day, with an average of around 3,300 vehicles per hour crossing the former Cikopo Toll Gate towards Jakarta,” said Ardam Rafif Trisilo, Head of Sustainability Management & Corporate Communications Department at Astra Tol Cipali, in an official statement on Sunday (29/3/2026).

Optimisation has been carried out at eight active rest areas, including the operation of the functional Rest Area at KM 77 B.

To support the comfort of road users, 1,024 free toilets have been prepared, additional field officers for parking management, and the provision of clean water through additional water tanks.

In addition, for electric vehicle users, General Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (SPKLU) are available at seven rest area locations with various charging method options.

If needing to change lanes, road users are advised to exit through the nearest toll gate and re-enter the desired lane without incurring additional fees.

Furthermore, road users are also urged to ensure the condition of their vehicles and the physical state of the drivers are in prime condition. Drivers are advised not to force themselves to drive if feeling tired or drowsy.
