One Step Away from SEZ Status, AMAN Targets Rp295.97 Billion Revenue in 2026
PT Makmur Berkah Amanda Tbk (AMAN) is optimistic about its business growth prospects. During its Annual Public Expose held in Jakarta on Tuesday, 9 June 2026, the company announced a total portfolio revenue target of Rp295.97 billion for 2026. This target marks an increase from the 2025 realisation of Rp234.77 billion. President Director of PT Makmur Berkah Amanda Tbk, Adi Saputra Tedja Surya, stated the company’s growth will be supported by strengthening its business portfolio, which includes the SAFE ‘n’ LOCK Eco Industrial Park, Element by Westin Ubud Bali, Four Points by Sheraton Pontianak, and the development of the Halal Industrial Park Sidoarjo (HIPS) as a strategic growth engine. “To date, SAFE ‘n’ LOCK remains the company’s main revenue pillar. However, looking ahead, we see increasingly strong growth opportunities from our expanding business portfolio,” said Adi. In the 2026 projection, SAFE ‘n’ LOCK is expected to remain the largest contributor with a share of around 58 percent. Meanwhile, the hospitality business line is also expected to continue growing in line with improved operational performance and healthy occupancy rates. Adi emphasised that SAFE ‘n’ LOCK’s strength lies in the high level of trust and satisfaction among tenants who have become part of the industrial estate’s ecosystem. “Many prospective tenants obtain references from existing tenants. Tenant trust and satisfaction form an important foundation for the estate’s growth,” he said. Additionally, the company highlighted the strategic development of the Halal Industrial Park Sidoarjo (HIPS), which spans 796.65 hectares. This area is projected to become one of the new growth engines following its planned designation as a Halal Special Economic Zone (SEZ), which is currently awaiting ratification through a Government Regulation. According to management, Adi added, the Halal SEZ status will provide various incentives and facilities that can strengthen the halal industry ecosystem and enhance its appeal for global investment. A number of investors from Asia and the Middle East have reportedly expressed interest in investing in the area. In fact, several have entered advanced stages. “Investor interest continues to develop positively. There are companies from Asia and the Middle East that have expressed serious interest, and some have even confirmed their investment plans,” said Adi. He added that investment competition does not only occur domestically, but also at the Southeast Asian regional level. “Investors’ choices are not just limited to Indonesia, but also include Malaysia or Vietnam. Therefore, we continue to improve our competitiveness so that Indonesia becomes a competitive investment destination,” he explained. With the strengthening of its business portfolio, industrial estate development, and hospitality sector expansion, the company is optimistic it can achieve its growth targets and create long-term value for shareholders and stakeholders.
