One-day tourney at Pondok Indah

JAKARTA (JP): After days of hustle and bustle, Sunday is the
day for relaxation. And at Pondok Indah Golf and Country Club a
field of about 170 top executives yesterday competed in a round
of golf organized by the Indonesian French Chamber of Commerce
and Industry.

Yesterday's one-day annual tournament was the 11th in the
series which was sponsored by Air France, one of Europe's giant
airlines serving the world.

Bramono Lunardi from Jakarta, whose handicap is six, won the
best gross overall title after carding a 73. The best net overall
title went to Hengky Setiawan, a 22 handicapper, with a score of
63.

"We've been sponsoring this event as part of our efforts in
recognition of good relationship between the French and
Indonesian business communities," said Christian Herpin, Air
France regional general manager. He said the load factor in each
of Air France flights in the Asian region to Europe has increased
tremendously in the last six months. (rsl)
