One day before the 1447 Hijriyah Idul Adha, PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia (BPI), operator of the PLTU Batang power plant in Central Java, distributed 31 sacrificial animals across 25 locations. The animals, comprising cattle and goats, were allocated to communities surrounding the PLTU Batang operational area. Distribution was carried out through government agencies, villages, mosques, musala, Islamic boarding schools, and community groups.

This annual kurban programme is part of BPI’s commitment to strengthening community ties and sharing joy during Idul Adha. The company hopes the sacrificial animals will benefit the wider community, especially those in need.
