On swimming for health

In last Sunday's edition of The Jakarta Post, Sept. 3, 2000, I
read a very interesting article titled Smoothly swimming to
better health.

Would you or any of your esteemed readers have any information
on whether this type of swim training is available here in
Jakarta, or maybe if there are some written instructions with
photos, etc., on the market somewhere?
