On Monday, red bird's eye chilli priced at Rp62,300/kg, chicken eggs Rp35,150/kg
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The National Strategic Food Price Information Centre (PIHPS), managed by Bank Indonesia, recorded food prices on Monday at 10:00 WIB, showing the commodity of red bird’s eye chilli reaching Rp62,300 per kilogram (kg), while broiler chicken eggs were Rp35,150 per kg.
Based on PIHPS data, quoted in Jakarta, in addition to red bird’s eye chilli and chicken eggs, other national retail-level food prices were recorded, namely shallots at Rp55,400 per kg and garlic at Rp47,700 per kg.
In addition, grade I low-quality rice was priced at Rp15,450 per kg, grade II low-quality rice at Rp15,600 per kg. Meanwhile, grade I medium-quality rice was Rp17,000 per kg, and grade II medium-quality rice at Rp16,750 per kg.
Then, grade I super rice was priced at Rp18,250 per kg, and grade II super rice at Rp17,850 per kg.
Furthermore, PIHPS recorded the price of large red chilli at Rp53,950 per kg, curly red chilli at Rp48,050 per kg, and green bird’s eye chilli at Rp35,350 per kg.
Subsequently, fresh broiler chicken meat was Rp40,050 per kg, grade I beef at Rp148,950 per kg, and grade II beef at Rp145,400 per kg.
The prices of the following commodities were recorded as premium white sugar at Rp22,200 per kg, local white sugar at Rp20,200 per kg.
Meanwhile, bulk cooking oil was priced at Rp20,450 per litre, branded packaged cooking oil grade I at Rp25,750 per litre, and branded packaged cooking oil grade II at Rp23,750 per litre.
