Omoda O4 Features: AI Electric Car Priced at Rp400 Million with 611 Km Range

OMODA & Jaecoo Indonesia is preparing to launch the Omoda O4, a new electric vehicle that combines artificial intelligence technology with advanced safety features. The electric crossover is scheduled to enter the Indonesian automotive market in the fourth quarter of 2026 with an estimated price of around Rp400 million.

According to an official press release received in Jakarta on Thursday (20/8), the Omoda O4 is equipped with a single electric motor capable of producing 160 kW of power and peak torque of 275 Nm. Its main advantage lies in battery efficiency, which is claimed to be able to travel up to 611 kilometres based on CLTC testing standards, making it ideal for daily mobility as well as out-of-town journeys.

In terms of aesthetics, the Omoda O4 adopts a ‘Cyber Mecha’ design concept inspired by future vehicles. This futuristic appearance is reinforced by Cyber Lightning headlights and Mecha Flow body contours. Beyond visuals, the design is aerodynamically engineered with a drag coefficient of 0.292 Cd to support energy efficiency.

A spacecraft ambience is also brought into the cabin to provide a different driving experience. Business Unit Director of Omoda & Jaecoo Indonesia, Jim Ma, stated that the car was built to deliver new value in the EV crossover segment.

‘We built the Omoda O4 with a combination of EV performance, AI technology, and bold design to deliver value that has not been widely found in its segment,’ said Jim Ma.

The Omoda O4 is dubbed ‘The First AI Car for Everyone’ thanks to the integration of intelligent technology covering three main aspects in the ‘Hacking Reality’ concept.

To support user comfort, the Omoda O4 cabin is also equipped with a 50W wireless fast charging feature. With these various features, the Omoda O4 is positioned as an intuitive and practical vehicle to support the digital lifestyle of its users.
