Omission of Premeditated Murder Charge in Indictment of State-Owned Bank Branch Manager's Killer

However, the trio were found not proven to have committed planned murder as alleged in the primary indictment. In addition to a prison sentence, Nasir is also exposed to an additional disciplinary penalty of dismissal from military service. The prosecutor believes Nasir was involved in Ilham’s murder. ‘The defendant one.
