Ometraco revenues up

JAKARTA (JP): Ometraco Corporation announced yesterday that it booked Rp 382 billion (US$162 million) in consolidated revenues during the first quarter of this year, surpassing the Rp 234 billion recorded in the same period of last year.

The company said in a statement that revenues from its financial division rose from Rp 15 billion in the first quarter of last year to Rp 94 billion for the same period of this year.

Meanwhile, revenues from its non-financial division rose 32 percent to Rp 288 billion.

The statement said the consolidated net profits increased by 25 percent to Rp 14.8 billion.

Ometraco is a conglomerate in the business of consumer products, infrastructure and financial services.

Listed companies under Ometraco Corporation include PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, PT Multibreeder Adidarma, PT Bank Tiara Asia and PT Trafindo Perkasa. (alo)
