Ometraco raises loans

JAKARTA (JP): PT Ometraco Corporation has completed a Global
Medium Term Note program worth US$250 million that will enable it
to issue a series of bonds with a maturity of up to 10 years
carrying fixed or floating interest rates.

Coordinated by Citicorp International Limited, the program
allows the denomination of the bonds in various European
currencies, Ometraco said in a statement over the weekend.

The program is the first of its kind made by an Indonesian
issuer, the company said.

The company also announced that it reached a deal on the
issuance of a five-year floating rate note worth $80 million.

The issuance was lead and managed by companies Citicorp
International, Morgan Stanley International, Paribas Capital
Markets and SBC Warbug, while ANZ Grindlays, Bangue Nationale de
Paris, Sanwa International Finance and West Merchant Bank acted
as comanagers.(13)
