Ometraco gains Rp 21.5b

JAKARTA (JP): The publicly listed PT Ometraco Realty reported
yesterday that it recorded an after-tax profit of Rp 21.5 billion
(around US$9.7 million) in 1994, a company statement read.

The company said that the company's earning per share in 1994
reached Rp 191, indicating a 9.1 growth percent over 1993.

Ometraco Realty also reports that the firm has formed a
"strategic alliance" with the Gadjah Tunggal Group, a development
which leads to the inclusion of new members to the boards of
directors and commissioners.

The statement reports that Gadjah Tunggal's chairman, Sjamsul
Nursalim, has become Ometraco Realty's new chief commissioner.
