Ombudsman Kalbar Launches Complaint Post for 2026/2027 New Student Admissions
The Ombudsman of West Kalimantan has officially launched a complaint post for the coordination and receipt of reports regarding the 2026/2027 New Student Admissions (SPMB) and Madrasah New Student Admissions (PMBM). The post, which began operations on Thursday (18/6), will handle complaints spanning all educational levels, from kindergarten (TK), elementary school (SD), and junior high school (SMP) to senior high school (SMA) and their equivalents. The objective of establishing this post is to ensure that the new student admissions process across the region is conducted objectively, accountably, transparently, fairly, and without any form of discrimination.
