Oki's case (1)
Oki's case (1)
From Republika
Oki should be meted with capital punishment if he is proved guilty of triple murder.
Also it is natural for Oki's family to claim that Oki is not guilty. All parents do not wish to have bad children.
But we should also respect the rights of Gina's and Suresh's families. It seems to me that Oki's trial would be fairer if it is conducted in Los Angeles, because it is quite probable that the crime is related to many other criminal cases. Should Oki be tried in Indonesia, capital punishment would be appropriate for him, if he is guilty.
