Oki Ramadhana, Mandiri Sekuritas Chief Executive, Appointed as INA Chief Executive Officer

Oki Ramadhana, President Director of PT Mandiri Sekuritas, has been appointed by the Supervisory Board of the Indonesia Investment Authority (INA) as Chair of the Board of Directors. To safeguard leadership continuity and the smooth operation of the Company, Alex Widi Kristiono, who is currently the Director of Risk Management and Operations, has been appointed as Acting President Director. “We congratulate Oki Ramadhana on his appointment as Chair of INA’s Board of Directors, and we hope he will carry out this mandate with due diligence and success in the years ahead,” Alex said in a press release on Tuesday (19 May 2026). Previously, Oki Ramadhana had been listed as a candidate for a director position at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). “If he applies, yes, it’s true he has applied; the process is just ongoing. The next step will depend on how the OJK handles it. That’s all. We have to help this country,” Oki said when he was interviewed at the BEI Building in Jakarta on Monday, 11 May 2026. It was reported that he was contending to become the President Director of BEI for the 2026-2030 term, alongside four other prospective directors. Previously, the chair of INA’s Board of Directors was held by Ridha Wirakusumah since February 2021. At that time, President Joko Widodo appointed Ridha together with INA’s other Board Directors Arif Budiman, Stefanus Ade Hadidjaja, Marita Alisjahbana, and Eddy Porwanto. Ridha completed his term on 15 February 2026. After that, the top leadership seat at INA was vacant.
