Ojol Drivers Can Get Free BBM as Pertamina Buys Telkomsel Data Package
Jakarta – PT Pertamina Patra Niaga and Telkomsel have launched a MyPertamina x MyTelkomsel collaboration titled ‘Synergy for the Nation, Strengthening Indonesia’s Digital Ecosystem’ in Jakarta. The programme introduces a MyTelkomsel data package specifically for ojek online (ojol) drivers, coupled with a MyPertamina e-Voucher for purchasing BBM at Pertamina SPBU.
Under the programme, ojol drivers who buy the Special OJOL Package through the MyTelkomsel app will receive a MyPertamina e-Voucher worth Rp25,000. The voucher can be used to purchase BBM at Pertamina SPBU during the programme period 1–30 March 2026.
Eko Ricky Susanto, Retail Marketing Director at Pertamina Patra Niaga, said the collaboration is a strategic step to strengthen the national digital ecosystem while providing added value for ojol drivers.
“The MyPertamina and MyTelkomsel collaboration is a manifestation of synergy to deliver real benefits for our online ride-hailing partners. Through the data bundle and BBM e-Voucher programme, we want to help ojol drivers obtain support for operational costs while stimulating digital transaction use at Pertamina SPBU,” he said in a statement on Wednesday, 4 March 2026.
He added that the initiative is also expected to broaden the utilisation of the MyPertamina app, making it more adaptive to user needs, while strengthening customer loyalty.
“We believe that strengthening the digital ecosystem must bring value to all parties. For ojol drivers, there is an immediate benefit in the form of BBM incentives. For Telkomsel, this encourages transactions from ride-hailing packages and customer loyalty. For Pertamina Patra Niaga, the programme expands active MyPertamina users and accelerates the adoption of digital vouchers as part of service transformation,” he added.
Eko hopes the collaboration will continue to develop and reach more people. “This synergy is a concrete step in building an integrated and inclusive Indonesian digital ecosystem, while delivering sustainable added value for all parties,” he said.
Meanwhile, Telkomsel Sales Director Stanislaus Susatyo emphasised the strength of two industry leaders, Pertamina Patra Niaga in retail energy services and Telkomsel in digital connectivity, brought together to support the specific needs of driver partners.
