Ojol Driver Earnings: 28 Rides a Day in a Month Reveal This Amount
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — Grab Indonesia has explained the average earnings of partner drivers on its platform. The figures vary considerably, with some able to earn up to Rp10 million. In explanations given some time ago, two-wheeler and four-wheeler drivers could earn more than Rp10 million. They fall into the category of drivers who treat this job as their main livelihood.
For two-wheeler drivers earning that amount, they complete an average of 28 orders per day. Their partner profile includes heads of households, breadwinners, former employees or entrepreneurs.
Meanwhile, four-wheeler drivers average up to 11 orders per day. They are typically full-time professional drivers and heads of households as a primary source of income.
Grab Indonesia drivers themselves are not only those who rely on it as their main income. Many also use it as a supplementary income.
More than 80% of two-wheeler drivers and 67% of four-wheeler drivers fall into this category.
In this group, they typically have a primary job and drive after finishing work or to supplement their income.
“There are many like that. So, viewed this way, it represents a flexibility offered by Grab, and, fortunately, enabled by technology,” said Neneng Goenadi, CEO of Grab Indonesia, Thursday (26 February 2026).

Meanwhile, 19-22% or about 700-800 thousand drivers drive at least once in the current month.
“Why don’t I say one per month? Because it varies. So, someone might drive once this month; last month they did not drive at all. The month before that they drove once. So we calculate it for the current month, hence the range; it typically fluctuates month to month for those who drive at least once a month, roughly 700 to 800 thousand,” explained Neneng.
