OJK Lifts Sanctions on Maju Raya Sejahtera, Allowing Business Operations to Resume
Deputy Commissioner for the Supervision of Financing Institutions, Venture Capital Companies, Microfinance Institutions, and Other Financial Services Institutions, Jasmi, stated that the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) has revoked the administrative sanctions, specifically the suspension of business activities, imposed on PT Maju Raya Sejahtera.
βThe revocation was carried out through two letters dated February 5, 2026, namely Letter Number S-8/PL.1/2026,β said Jasmi in a written statement, quoted on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.
The letter concerns the revocation of administrative sanctions in the form of a suspension of business activities for violating the minimum number of directors at PT Maju Raya Sejahtera.
Meanwhile, Letter Number S-7/PL.1/2026 concerns the revocation of administrative sanctions in the form of a suspension of business activities for violating regulations regarding the assessment of qualifications and suitability for key personnel at PT Maju Raya Sejahtera.
The revocation of sanctions was granted after PT Maju Raya Sejahtera was deemed to have met the requirements regarding the minimum number of directors and the assessment of qualifications and suitability for key personnel.
With the revocation of the administrative sanctions in the form of a suspension of business activities, PT Maju Raya Sejahtera can resume its business activities as a venture capital company in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations.
