OJK Extends Deadline for Insurance Financial Reports until June 2026
JAKARTA - The Financial Services Authority (OJK) has extended the deadline for submitting the audited 2025 annual financial reports for insurance and reinsurance companies. The original deadline of 30 April 2026 has been postponed to 30 June 2026. The Executive Head of OJK’s Insurance, Guarantee, and Pension Fund Supervision, Ogi Prastomiyono, stated that this step is taken to maintain the quality of reporting in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards Statement (PSAK) 117 on insurance contracts. “To ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of the implementation of PSAK 117 in preparing financial reports, OJK has approved the extension of the deadline for submitting the Audited 2025 Annual Financial Reports,” he said in a written statement on Saturday (25/4/2026). Updates to asset values in the OJK Receipt Information System (SIPO) will be deferred until the audited financial reports are received. The deadline for submitting publication reports in the form of a summary of the audited annual financial reports has been changed to no later than 31 July 2026. “OJK will continue to monitor the implementation of this policy to ensure that reporting obligations are fulfilled properly, on time, and in accordance with applicable provisions,” he added.
