OJK Enacts Insurance Broker Business Licence Following Name Change for PT Bastama Mitra Persada

The Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority hereby announces the enactment of the insurance broker business licence in respect of the change of name from PT Bastama Mitra Persada to PT Bastama Mitra Persada Insurance Broker through KEP-8/PD.02/2026 on 20 January 2026.

This change shall take effect as of the date of this decree of the OJK. Following the enactment of its business licence, PT Bastama Mitra Persada Insurance Broker is required to carry out its business activities in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations and to continuously comply with the supervisory requirements set forth by the OJK.
