OJK Appoints Jeffrey Hendrik as IDX President Director for 2026-2030
The Financial Services Authority (OJK) has determined a list of candidates for the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2026 to 2030 term. The names will be submitted for approval at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) scheduled for 29 June 2026.
Jeffrey Hendrik has been appointed as President Director of the IDX for the 2026-2030 period. Hendrik currently serves as the Acting President Director of the IDX.
“That is correct, in accordance with the OJK letter submitted to the IDX Board of Directors,” said Hasan Fawzi, Chief Executive of Capital Market, Financial Derivatives, and Carbon Exchange Supervision at the OJK, in Jakarta on Thursday, 18 June 2026, as quoted by Antara.
The OJK has also appointed Saidu Solihin as Director of Corporate Valuation, and Irvan Susandy as Director of Trading and Exchange Member Regulation. Furthermore, the OJK selected Yulianto Aji Sadono as Director of Transaction Supervision and Compliance, and Abdul Munim as Director of Information Technology and Risk Management.
Additionally, the OJK appointed Iding Pardi as Director of Development; Pardi currently serves as President Director of the Indonesian Clearing and Guarantee Corporation (KPEI). Umi Kulsum was also appointed as Director of Finance, Human Resources, and General Affairs.
These seven names will be proposed and submitted for approval at the IDX Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) scheduled for Monday, 29 June 2026.

The determination took into account the provisions of Article 16 of the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 58/POJK.04/2016 concerning the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of the Stock Exchange (POJK 58/2016). It was also based on the results of the fit and proper test assessment conducted by the Fit and Proper Test Committee for IDX Board of Director candidates for the 2026 to 2030 term.
