OJK and Police Raid Mirae Asset Sekuritas Office

According to the OJK, the alleged criminal act involves Mr. ASS as the beneficial owner of PT BEBS, Mr. MWK as the former Director of Investment Banking at Mirae Asset Sekuritas, and the corporate entity Mirae Asset Sekuritas, with alleged insider trading, IPO manipulation, and sham transactions. To date, investigators have questioned 25 witnesses from various parties. The OJK emphasised that law enforcement is being conducted consistently and in coordination with law enforcement authorities to safeguard the integrity, transparency, and public trust in Indonesia’s capital market.
