Oil and Gas Issuer RATU Distributes Dividend of Rp 45 per Share
JAKARTA - The oil and gas issuer PT Raharja Energi Cepu Tbk (RATU) has decided to distribute a cash dividend of US$7.03 million, equivalent to Rp 122.17 billion, to its shareholders. This decision was approved at the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).
The dividend value equates to Rp 45 per share, using an exchange rate of Rp 17,378 per US dollar as of 4 May 2026.
“Approve the distribution of a cash dividend of US$7,030,580 or equivalent to Rp 122,177,421,000, namely Rp 45 per share,” RATU’s management stated in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on Friday (8/5/2026).
This profit growth was achieved amid a decline in the company’s revenue. Throughout last year, RATU’s revenue fell 14.6% to US$49.3 million, due to a decrease in lifting volumes and oil prices.
From a balance sheet perspective, the company’s total assets increased to US$76 million, with total equity at US$56.6 million. Meanwhile, the debt-to-equity ratio (DER) was recorded at a healthy level of 0.30 times.
In the same period the previous year, RATU recorded a profit of US$5.92 million.
The profit decline aligns with the weakening of the company’s net revenue in the first quarter of 2026 to US$11.01 million, from US$13.24 million previously.
On the other hand, the cost of goods sold also decreased from US$6.19 million to US$4.74 million. Nevertheless, RATU’s gross profit still declined from US$7.05 million to US$6.27 million.
Meanwhile, the profit for the year after deducting income tax was recorded to have fallen from US$5.9 million to US$4.09 million.
RATU’s total assets as of the first quarter of 2026 surged significantly to US$130.9 million, compared to the end of 2025 position of US$70.01 million.
