Officially Opened, Thousands Flock to Jakarta Fair 2026 at JIExpo Kemayoran

Visitors packed the Jakarta Fair 2026 event at Jiexpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, on Thursday (11/6/2026). The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is again holding the Jakarta Fair as part of the 499th anniversary celebrations of Jakarta. This year’s organisation is expected to be more festive as the number of participants has increased from the previous year. A total of 2,800 participants and 1,800 tenants, with a composition of 55 per cent private sector and 45 per cent MSMEs, will display their flagship products spread across the entire area. Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung delivered a speech at the opening of Jakarta Fair 2026. Fireworks marked the opening of the event, where traders offered products and served buyers, including vendors selling kerak telor. Visitors enjoyed rides such as carousels and carried their shopping bags around the fair.
