Official Schedule for One-Way, Odd-Even, and Contraflow Systems for Eid Holiday Travel 2026
GOVERNMENT through the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub), Ministry of Public Works (PU), and the Traffic Corps of the Indonesian National Police (Kakorlantas Polri) has officially issued Joint Decision Letter (SKB) Number: KP-DRJD 854 Year 2026 regarding Road Traffic Regulation and Crossing during the Exodus Flow Period and Return Flow of Eid Holiday Transport 2026/1447 Hijriah.
This Eid 2026 exodus policy is designed to guarantee safety and smooth traffic flow, given the predicted surge in population movement reaching hundreds of millions of people during the Eid 2026 period. The following is a complete breakdown of the Eid 2026 traffic management regulations.
- ONE-WAY SYSTEM (one way)
Outbound exodus
Applies to the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road section KM 70 through Semarang-Solo KM 421, from Tuesday, 17 March 2026 at 12:00 WIB until Friday, 20 March 2026 at 24:00 WIB.
Return flow
Applies to the Semarang-Solo toll road section KM 421 through Jakarta-Cikampek KM 70, from Monday, 23 March 2026 at 12:00 WIB to Sunday, 29 March 2026 at 24:00 WIB.
- CONTRAFLOW SYSTEM FOR EID EXODUS
Application of tidal flow/contraflow lane system applies to Jakarta-Cikampek and Jakarta-Bogor-Ciawi (Jagorawi) toll roads, with the following conditions:
Outbound exodus
Applies to the Jakarta-Cikampek toll section KM 47 (West Karawang) through KM 70 (Cikampek) for two periods, with conditions:
First period: Tuesday, 17 March 2026 at 14:00 WIB through Friday, 20 March 2026 at 24:00 WIB.
Second period: Saturday, 21 March 2026 at 12:00–20:00 WIB and Sunday, 22 March 2026 at 09:00–18:00 WIB.

Applies to Jakarta-Cikampek toll section KM 47 through Semarang-Batang KM 414 and Tangerang-Merak toll KM 31 through KM 98, from Tuesday, 17 March 2026 at 14:00 WIB through Friday, 20 March 2026 at 24:00 WIB.
Return flow
Applies to Semarang-Batang toll section KM 414 through Jakarta-Cikampek KM 47 and Tangerang-Merak toll KM 98 through KM 31, from Monday, 23 March 2026 at 00:00 WIB to Sunday, 29 March 2026 at 24:00 WIB.
The odd-even system provisions are exempted for a number of vehicles, including fire engines, ambulances, public transport with yellow number plates, vehicles with special markings carrying persons with disabilities, and operational vehicles of toll road administrators.
- FREIGHT TRANSPORT OPERATIONAL RESTRICTIONS
Operational restrictions on freight transport apply to cargo vehicles with three axles or more; cargo vehicles with trailers; cargo vehicles with semi-trailers; and all cargo vehicles used for transporting mining products (earth, sand, and stone), mineral products, and building materials.
Operational restrictions on freight transport are implemented on several toll and non-toll road sections in both directions from Friday, 13 March 2026 at 12:00 local time until Sunday, 29 March 2026 at 24:00 local time.
