Official Prayer Texts for the 2026 Pancasila Sanctity Day Ceremony Released by Ministry of Culture
The 2026 Pancasila Sanctity Day arrives tomorrow. The Indonesian Ministry of Culture (Kemenbud) has released the implementation guidelines for the commemorative ceremony.
According to the Guidelines for the Implementation of the 2026 Pancasila Sanctity Day Ceremony (Number: B/668/MK/TU.02.03/2026), this year’s theme is ‘Pancasila as the Unifier of the Nation Towards a Sovereign, Just, and Prosperous Indonesia’.
At the central level, the ceremony will be held at the Pancasila Sakti Monument, East Jakarta, on Thursday, 1 October 2026, starting at 08:00 WIB. The ceremony will also be organised at the ministerial, high state institution, regional, and educational institution levels.
A vital part of the 2026 Pancasila Sanctity Day ceremony is the recitation of prayers. The Ministry of Culture has provided the official texts within the guidelines released a few days ago.

The full text of the prayer is as follows:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
O Allah, bestow blessings upon our master Muhammad, and upon the family of our master Muhammad.
O Allah, the All-Giving Lord,
Grant us honesty and humility.
Grant us the ability to always show respect.
Grant us the ability to always serve.
Grant us the ability to always appreciate.
O Allah, the All-Powerful Lord,
Who knows the light and the darkness of all intentions.
Who holds power over death and life.
Who bestowed glory upon our heroes.
O Allah, the Lord who wove the hearts of our predecessors,
Who inspired the founders of our motherland,
Who strengthened Pancasila as our philosophy of life and identity.
O Allah, the Lord who paints destiny upon the pages of mystery,
Do not let us become people who lack self-awareness,
Undermining the pillars that support our home.
O Allah, the Lord who is glorified in every breath of life,
You are the true owner of strength and sanctity.
Through Your destiny, You saved Pancasila.
Through Your help, we can always look towards the future.
O Allah, the Lord who creates all that is beautiful and beauty itself.
O Allah, the Lord who creates harmony in diversity.
O Allah, the Lord who creates Indonesia, the dreamland.
O Allah, the Lord who creates Indonesia, the land of hope.
We shall always offer praise and gratitude.
O Lord who softens the heart,
Keep us away from envy and malice.
Keep us away from anger that consumes the self.
Keep us away from mutual insults.
Keep us away from intentions to tear apart and destroy the nation.
O Allah, the Most Forgiving,
Forgive all our sins and mistakes, our parents, and our leaders.
Truly, Your forgiveness is far greater than anything under the heavens at the end of time.
O Light, the Supreme Light,
Illuminate us towards the path of light,
Towards a Progressive and Prosperous Indonesia.
Our Lord, grant us good in this world and good in the hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
