JAKARTA – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) has officially distributed a cash dividend of Rp 336 per share on Wednesday (8/4/2026). The total dividend distributed amounts to Rp 41.3 trillion from the 2025 book year’s net profit of Rp 57.5 trillion. The distribution of a portion of the net profit was agreed upon at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2025 book year, held on Thursday (12/3/2026). The dividend distributed already includes an interim dividend of Rp 55 per share, which was paid on 22 December 2025. Thus, the remaining cash dividend received by shareholders for the 2025 book year amounts to Rp 281 per share. “The dividend payout ratio is equivalent to 72 per cent, or much higher than the previous year’s 67.4 per cent,” stated BBCA management during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS). For context, BBCA recorded a net profit of Rp 57.5 trillion for the entire 2025 book year. This achievement represents a 4.9 per cent growth compared to the previous year. In line with this performance, BBCA’s dividend payout ratio (DPR) this year has become the highest in the company’s history. Historically, BCA typically distributes dividends with a ratio in the range of 67 per cent to 70 per cent of net profit. In the previous year, the issuer distributed dividends worth Rp 36.98 trillion with a DPR of 67.4 per cent. BBCA management also revealed plans to change the dividend distribution pattern going forward. BBCA Director Vera Eve Liem stated that the company is open to the possibility of increasing the frequency of dividend distributions. “As additional information, for the 2026 book year, if financial conditions permit, the board of directors, with the approval of the board of commissioners, may distribute interim dividends up to three times a year, planned to be distributed every quarter,” said Vera during the AGMS. Credit distribution is spread across various sectors, from manufacturing and trade to restaurants, hotels, and households. On the funding side, low-cost funds (CASA) and BBCA giro deposits increased by 13.1 per cent year-on-year to Rp 1,045 trillion. Meanwhile, total third-party funds (DPK) grew by 10.2 per cent year-on-year to Rp 1,249 trillion at the end of 2025. Transaction activities also showed significant growth.
