Official Increase: Pertamax Turbo and Dex Series Fuel Prices as of 1 September 2026

PT Pertamina (Persero), through Pertamina Patra Niaga, has officially adjusted the prices of several non-subsidised fuel products, namely Pertamax Turbo, Pertamina Dex, and Dexlite, effective 1 September 2026 at 00.00 WIB.

Among those experiencing an increase is the RON 98 fuel Pertamax Turbo, which rose to Rp 19,600 per litre from the previous Rp 18,300 per litre. Dexlite increased to Rp 23,700 per litre from the previous Rp 19,700, while Pertamina Dex rose to Rp 25,200 per litre from the previous Rp 21,150 per litre.

Meanwhile, the price of Pertamax fuel remains the same as the previous price sold in August 2026. The prices of Pertalite and subsidised diesel have also not changed.

VP Corporate Communication of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Kitty Andhora, said the price adjustment was carried out with reference to the formula set by the government, taking into account a number of indicators, including world crude oil prices, the rupiah exchange rate, taxes, and other relevant factors including the purchasing power of the people who use these fuels.

“The price adjustment is only made for some non-subsidised fuel products, namely Pertamax Turbo, Pertamina Dex, and Dexlite, while other non-subsidised fuel products such as Pertamax 92 and Pertamax Green 95 have not experienced price adjustments. This is done with due regard to economic considerations, purchasing power and the social conditions of the community,” Kitty explained in a press release on Tuesday (1/9/2026).

Kitty further emphasised that this price adjustment does not change Pertamina Patra Niaga’s commitment to maintaining product quality and providing the best service to consumers.

Pertamina Patra Niaga also urged the public to purchase fuel according to their needs and to use products that match vehicle specifications so that fuel use is properly targeted.

The details of Pertamina fuel prices as of 1 September 2026 are as follows:

Pertalite: Rp 10,000 per litre

Pertamax: Rp 15,950 per litre

Pertamax Green: Rp 16,600 per litre

Pertamax Turbo: Rp 19,600 per litre

Subsidised diesel (biosolar): Rp 6,800 per litre

Dexlite: Rp 23,700 per litre

Pertamina Dex: Rp 25,200 per litre
