Does Joint Leave Reduce Annual Leave Entitlement?
Below are the provisions for implementing joint leave for workers and civil servants.
The implementation of joint leave reduces the annual leave entitlement of employees and workers in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations and the provisions applicable to each workplace, organisational unit, institution, or company.
Joint leave does not reduce the annual leave entitlement of civil servants.
