Official! Fransetya Hutabarat Appointed as New Finance Director of PGE

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGE) has just concluded its Shareholders’ General Meeting (RUPS). The outcome is the appointment of Fransetya Hutabarat as the new Finance Director of PGE, replacing Yurizki Rio. “Congratulations to the board of directors and commissioners of PGE. According to the company’s official website, Fransetya Hutabarat holds a Master of Science in Finance - International Specialisation from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Universitas Indonesia. She has extensive work experience in finance with various expertise. Prior to this, she served as Finance Director at PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional since 2020.
