Official! Armand Hermawan Becomes President Director of Lintasarta
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Lintasarta, a provider of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services, has announced changes to its Board of Directors as part of the outcomes from the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on Thursday (23/4/2026).
In the AGMS decision, the company appointed Armand Hermawan as President Director & Chief Executive Officer, replacing Bayu Hanantasena who has completed his term. Additionally, the AGMS announced the appointment of Hendra Lesmana as Director & Chief Commercial Officer.
The company states that this management restructuring is a strategic step to ensure leadership continuity while strengthening business execution amid the acceleration of digital transformation and developments in artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
The company also expressed appreciation for the contributions and leadership of Bayu Hanantasena in strengthening the business foundation and driving Lintasarta’s transformation as an integrated digital solutions provider.
The new President Director & CEO of Lintasarta, Armand Hermawan, expressed his commitment to continuing the company’s transformation momentum.

Armand Hermawan has more than 25 years of experience in various strategic sectors, including telecommunications, financial services, infrastructure financing, and digital transformation.
Before joining Lintasarta, he served as President Director & CEO of Artajasa and held several strategic positions at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, Angkasa Pura II, and PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero).
