Off-road racing in Cikarang

JAKARTA (JP): The Cheetah Off-Road Club, a member of the
Indonesian Off-Road Federation (IOF), will stage SCORE Off-Road
Racing on Aug.11 and Aug.12 at the Lippo Cikarang Off-road racing
track in Cikarang, West Java.

"This the first off-road racing tournament in the country. The
regulations comply to those of world's off-road governing body,
SCORE," organizer Justinus Sjahlim told The Jakarta Post in a
written statement on Tuesday.

"There are classes for cars, motorcycles and all terrain
vehicles (ATV). Participants will have to race three to five 8-
kilometer laps according to the class."
