The odd-even system in Jakarta has been in effect since today, Wednesday (25/3/2026), after previously being suspended due to national holidays since 18 March 2026. The implementation of the odd-even system also coincides with the end of the collective Eid al-Fitr leave, where workers have started their activities again. - Odd-numbered licence plates may pass on odd dates - Even-numbered licence plates may pass on even dates This rule applies in two time sessions: - 06.00–10.00 WIB - 16.00–21.00 WIB Drivers who violate this rule may be subject to ticketing with a maximum fine of Rp 500,000 in accordance with Law Number 22 of 2009 on Road Traffic and Transportation. The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government implements this policy on 25 main roads, namely: - Jalan Pintu Besar Selatan - Jalan Gajah Mada - Jalan Hayam Wuruk - Jalan Majapahit - Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat - Jalan M.
