ODC Task Force Personnel in Puncak Receive Psychological and Health Services
Timika (ANTARA) - Personnel from the Satuan Tugas Operasi Damai Cartenz (Satgas ODC) 2026, who are deployed in Sinak District, Puncak Regency, Central Papua, have received psychological and health services to ensure the mental and physical condition of the personnel remains stable.
The psychological and health support services for Satgas Damai Cartenz personnel were led by Iptu Amelia Mega Kartika Kawilarang and Ipda dr Sabriantoro Pratama Dwiprawira.
Kepala Operasi Damai Cartenz 2026, Irjen Pol Faizal Ramadhani, stated in Timika on Wednesday that personnel readiness is not only determined by operational capabilities but also by stable mental conditions.
“Personnel in the field face complex challenges, so psychological and health support is an important part of maintaining their professionalism and resilience,” he said.
The psychological and health support services are carried out to ensure every member remains mentally strong, physically healthy, and solid in carrying out their duties.
Wakil Kepala Operasi Damai Cartenz-2026, Komisaris Besar Polisi Adarma Sinaga, added that activities like this represent the leadership’s attention to personnel welfare.
With prime condition, personnel will be more optimal in carrying out tasks and providing a sense of security to the community.
In implementing the services, the psychology team presented several interactive activities aimed at strengthening camaraderie and mental resilience among personnel. The activities included trust-building games, cooperation games, and problem-solving simulations.
The personnel were not only encouraged to release tension but also to improve communication and team cohesion. A more relaxed atmosphere full of camaraderie is expected to strengthen coordination in the field.
In addition, the health team also provided examinations and monitoring of personnel’s physical conditions to ensure all members remain in prime condition while carrying out their duties.
