OCBC NISP's Profit Reaches Rp 5.1 Trillion, Up 4 Percent
JAKARTA - PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk recorded a net profit of Rp 5.1 trillion for the full year of 2025. This figure represents a 4 percent growth compared to the 2024 profit of Rp 4.9 trillion.
OCBC NISP President Director Parwati Surjaudaja stated that this performance was supported by quality growth. Capital and liquidity remained strongly maintained.
The company balanced credit expansion, risk management, and strengthening of low-cost funds. The customer base was also continuously expanded.
“This performance reflects OCBC’s focus on long-term growth,” she said during the annual public exposure at OCBC Tower, Jakarta, on Thursday (9/4/2026).
From an intermediation perspective, gross loans grew 2 percent to Rp 173 trillion. Credit quality remained stable with a gross non-performing loan ratio of 1.9 percent.
Customer deposits recorded high growth. Third-party funds increased 18 percent to Rp 243.5 trillion.
This rise propelled the bank’s total assets to Rp 308.1 trillion, a 10 percent growth compared to the previous year.
The bank’s capital remained strong, with a capital adequacy ratio of 24.5 percent, up 93 basis points annually.
The number of active users of internet banking and OCBC Mobile Banking grew 13 percent. Active users of OCBC Business Mobile for corporate customers rose 19 percent.
The value of digital transactions reached approximately Rp 1,500 trillion during 2025.
