OCBC NISP (NISP) Overhauls Management, Appoints One New Commissioner

Jakarta - PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk. (NISP) announced management changes following the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) on 2 December 2025. In connection with the decision, the appointed directors have passed the fit and proper test of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The results are recorded in the Copy of the Decision of the Members of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority dated 5 March 2026, which officially designates Tan Teck Long as Non-Independent Commissioner of PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk. ‘We hereby inform that the appointment of Mr. Tan Teck Long as Non-Independent Commissioner of the Company has become effective on 5 March 2026,’ said OCBC Indonesia Corporate Secretary, Murti Kusuma Dewi, in an information disclosure cited on Friday (6 March 2026). Accordingly, the composition of the Company’s Board of Commissioners becomes: Board of Commissioners President Commissioner: Pramukti Surjaudaja Commissioners: Tan Teck Long Commissioners: Na Wu Beng Independent Commissioners: Hartadi Agus Sarwono Independent Commissioners: Jusuf Halim Independent Commissioners: Betti S.
