OCBC NISP AGM Approves Rp1.06 Trillion Dividend
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk. (NISP), also known as OCBC Indonesia, has agreed to distribute a cash dividend for the 2025 fiscal year amounting to Rp1.03 trillion, or the equivalent of Rp45 per share. The dividend payout ratio stands at 20.42% of the 2025 net profit of Rp5.06 trillion.
This decision was taken at the annual general meeting of shareholders (AGMS) of OCBC Indonesia, held on Thursday (9/4/2026).
This year’s dividend distribution represents a drastic decline from last year’s amount of Rp2.43 trillion, or Rp106 per share. Last year’s dividend payout ratio was also higher, at 50% of the 2024 fiscal year net profit.
In addition, the AGMS of OCBC Indonesia approved the use of Rp1 billion from the net profit for general reserves. Meanwhile, the remainder of the net profit has been designated as retained earnings.
The meeting also approved the acquisition of shares in PT OCBC Sekuritas Indonesia and PT Great Eastern Life Indonesia by OCBC Indonesia. This is in line with the implementation as the parent company of a financial conglomerate in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
At this AGMS, NISP shareholders also agreed to changes in the management. Among them, the appointment of Noel Gerald D’Cruz as commissioner and two new Sharia supervisory board members, namely Habibullah and Aini Masruroh.
