NIPPON EXPRESS HOLDINGS, INC. has integrated PT. NX Lemo Indonesia Logistik (hereinafter referred to as “NX Indonesia Logistik”) and PT. Nippon Express Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as “NX Indonesia”) effective 1 March 2026, to strengthen its operational business structure in Indonesia.
Through this integration, NX Group will unify sea and air freight functions to establish clearer customer contact points, while aiming to further enhance the value provided by improving service quality and management efficiency.
As ASEAN’s most populous nation, Indonesia represents a growth market supported by high GDP growth rates, with strong potential in both its workforce and consumer market. Logistics demand is expected to increase in line with the country’s economic growth.
Previously, NX Group handled air freight in Indonesia through NX Indonesia, and sea freight and logistics through NX Indonesia Logistik. With functions dispersed across multiple companies, customer contact points sometimes varied depending on the type of request, making responses more complex and leaving room for improvement in speed and optimal solution formulation.
To address this, NX Group launched the “One Indonesia” sales team in 2025, establishing a cross-company sales structure and initiating one-stop customer support. This integration will further accelerate these initiatives.
By consolidating forwarding business under NX Indonesia Logistik, NX Group will more robustly drive its growth strategy, strengthen account management structures, and increase customer value. Additionally, the Group aims to reinforce its management foundation in Indonesia and further enhance overall management efficiency.
