Adequate protein intake and regular physical activity are key factors in maintaining health and quality of life for the public amid increasingly busy and dynamic lifestyles.

Clinical Nutrition Specialist Diana Suganda stated that the body requires balanced nutrition to perform daily activities optimally. She emphasised that a healthy lifestyle must be built through proper nutrition and active movement.

‘In the face of increasingly dynamic activities and life challenges, the body needs adequate and balanced nutrition, quality protein intake, and an active lifestyle to remain healthy and manage daily life effectively,’ Diana said during a discussion organised by PT Frisian Flag Indonesia (FFI) in Jakarta on Friday, 29 May 2026.

She noted that simple habits such as maintaining a balanced diet, regular exercise or active movement, and consistent milk consumption can be initial steps for long-term health maintenance.

According to Diana, milk is a key nutrient source that complements daily dietary needs as it contains various essential nutrients. She added that milk consumption benefits all age groups, from supporting children’s growth to aiding immune function in adults.

On the same occasion, PT Frisian Flag Indonesia (FFI) launched the ‘Temani Langkahmu, Kini dan Nanti’ campaign. The initiative is part of the company’s efforts to encourage Indonesian families to adopt healthy lifestyles through proper nutrition.

FFI’s Corporate Affairs Director, Andrew F Saputro, stated the company aims to provide relevant support for Indonesian families, not only through products but also via education on the importance of nutrition and healthy living.

Andrew noted that families currently face various daily challenges, requiring support tailored to their needs.

Meanwhile, FFI’s Head of Masterbrand & Future Innovation, Kanya Ramyacitta, said the campaign is part of the company’s commitment to encourage the public to adopt healthy habits in daily life.

The campaign launch also featured Ringgo Agus Rahman and Sabai Morscheck sharing their experiences in fostering healthy habits within families. They highlighted that attention to nutrition, physical activity, and family togetherness is vital for maintaining motivation and health amid life’s challenges.
