The Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning (ATR/BPN), Nusron Wahid, has admitted he is unaware of the details regarding the alleged bribery case involving the Building Use Rights (HGB) of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, which has implicated his subordinates.

“I do not know,” Nusron stated at his office in Jakarta on Friday (18/9).

He expressed his respect for the ongoing legal process being conducted by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and stated his readiness to cooperate fully to assist the KPK in the law enforcement process.

Nusron also expressed hope that the case involving his subordinates within the Ministry of ATR/BPN would serve as a catalyst for accelerating service improvements within the ministry’s internal operations.

Furthermore, he noted that the case would not disrupt the public services provided by his ministry.

“God willing, it will not be disrupted; we ask everyone to remain solid, and services must continue,” he said.

The KPK conducted a sting operation regarding the alleged bribery case involving PT Summarecon Agung Tbk’s HGB.

According to the case construction presented by the KPK during a press conference on Tuesday (15/9) evening, four of the eight suspects in this case are identified as trusted associates of Nusron.

The four suspects include Arif Sugiyanto, Fahd El Fuju alias Fahd A Rafiq, Erwin, and Muhammad Fakhry.

Meanwhile, the other four suspects, who have been detained by the KPK for the initial 20-day period until 4 October 2026, are the Head of the Bogor Regency Land Office, Sontang Coin Manurung; President Director of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, Adrianto Pitojo Adhi; Director General of Land Control and Spatial Order at the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Lampri; and Rizal Pahlevi (a private individual).

As the investigation proceeds, the KPK has confirmed it will trace the flow of funds amounting to Rp300 million and Rp106.3 billion allegedly provided by PT Summarecon Agung Tbk to several parties within the Ministry of ATR/BPN.

The KPK has also conducted searches at several locations, including the ATR/BPN Office and the Summarecon Office in East Jakarta.
