The Nusantara People’s Festival 2026 officially concluded on Sunday, 19 July 2026. The event, held at Serka Dedy Unadi Field, Kodam III/Siliwangi, Bandung, lasted for 10 days and aimed to boost local business growth while providing a communal space for the public through a blend of entertainment, sports, culinary experiences, and the creative economy.

“Going forward, we hope it can grow even larger and that more MSMEs will participate,” said Pangdam III/Siliwangi Major General TNI Kosasih.

On the occasion, the Pangdam also congratulated the winners of the painting competition and the U-12 football tournament, which were part of the event series. “Hopefully, this activity can improve the achievements of our young participants, both in drawing and football, so that in the future it can produce national footballers,” Kosasih said.

With the conclusion of the 2026 Nusantara People’s Festival series, the Pangdam III/Siliwangi officially closed the event, which over ten days presented various activities for the community, ranging from an MSME bazaar, entertainment, and sports, to educational activities as a platform to strengthen togetherness while encouraging local economic growth.

Meanwhile, West Java Deputy Governor Erwan Setiawan appreciated the collaboration between Kodam III/Siliwangi, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin), and TVRI West Java in organising the Nusantara People’s Festival 2026, which involved dozens of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). According to him, MSME involvement must continue to be part of various activities in West Java, not just ceremonial events.
