JAKARTA — Lion dance performances enlivened the 2026 Lunar New Year Festival at Lapangan Banteng, Jakarta, on Sunday (22/2/2026). Carrying the theme “Nusantara Lunar New Year Harmony,” the festival served as a moment to preserve culture whilst strengthening national unity through Chinese-Indonesian cultural acculturation.
