Jakarta - Nusantara Halid Group (NH Group) has partnered with Grand Seleron Indonesia (GSI) to successfully invite Cang Kuang Mining Machinery (CKMM) to relocate its electric truck, heavy equipment, and barge factory from Changzhou, China, to Krakatau Industrial Estate in Cilegon, Banten, with an investment of Rp10 trillion. “NH Group is also inviting several related spare parts factories, including Global Mainstream Dynamic Energy Technology Ltd, a Battery Energy Storage factory located in Changzhou, China, to supply batteries for CKMM,” said Andy Nursyam Halid, President Director of PT Nusantara Halid, on Thursday (16/4). The investment plan has been followed up with the signing of an Industrial Land Sale-Purchase Agreement (PJLI) for 8 hectares between PT Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur (KSI) and PT Almas Mandiri Anugerah (AMA, a subsidiary of GSI) at Krakatau Industrial Estate in Cilegon, Banten, on 26 February 2026. The land will be expanded to 50 hectares for the electric truck, heavy equipment, and barge factory, with the land investment alone amounting to Rp1.2 trillion. In response, the President Director of PT KSI, Dazul, along with Marketing Director Rachman and Marketing Manager Yoyok, visited the CKMM factory in Changzhou on 3 April 2026. PT Nusantara Halid is also in negotiations with Hunan Iron & Steel Group (HISG) factory to assist PT Krakatau Steel in importing pure iron and steel, which will be processed into raw materials for electric trucks, heavy equipment, and barges.
