Nusa Mandiri University (UNM), a Digital Business Campus, has reaffirmed its commitment to preparing job-ready graduates through a Campus Hiring initiative. The event was organised by the Nusa Mandiri Career Centre (NCC) in partnership with PT Sumberdaya Dian Mandiri on Thursday, 12 February 2026, at UNM’s Jatiwaringin campus in East Jakarta.

The Campus Hiring event forms part of UNM’s strategy to connect students and alumni with industry requirements. Hundreds of participants enthusiastically engaged with the programme, which included company profile presentations, interactive question-and-answer sessions, and initial selection processes conducted directly by PT Sumberdaya Dian Mandiri’s recruitment team.

The company offered multiple positions, including Frontliner, IT Support, Administration, Field Collection, and Financial Advisor roles, providing diverse opportunities for students and alumni from various programmes to pursue careers aligned with their interests and competencies.

Muhammad Faisal, Head of the NCC, emphasised that the Campus Hiring event represents UNM’s genuine commitment to enhancing graduate employability and strengthening collaboration with industry. “We have designed this Campus Hiring so that students and alumni not only receive job vacancy information but also experience professional recruitment processes firsthand. This is essential preparation for their entry into the workforce,” he stated.

Faisal further noted that collaborations with industry partners would continue to expand, increasing career opportunities for UNM graduates. “As a Digital Business Campus, UNM is committed to bringing in more industry partners so that students and alumni have access to careers relevant to current job market demands,” he added.

PT Sumberdaya Dian Mandiri provided detailed information on required qualifications, working systems, and career development opportunities within the company. Active interaction throughout the event demonstrated participants’ strong interest in entering the workforce.

Through this Campus Hiring initiative, UNM has reaffirmed its role as a Digital Business Campus consistently building synergy with industry to produce professional, adaptable graduates prepared to compete in the job market.
