Nurindra Resigns as Director of Kino - BCA Sekuritas

Nurindra Prawarianto, as Director of PT Kino Indonesia Tbk. (KINO), has resigned. Anggara Andrian Linanda, Director and Corporate Secretary of KINO, stated in a written disclosure on Tuesday (7 April) that through his letter dated 7 April 2026, KINO has received Nurindra’s resignation letter, and at the same time, Agus Sandianto as Commissioner has also resigned. For information, Nurindra was appointed as Director based on Notarial Deed No. 4/June 2023 by Notary Bastian Harijanto, SH, MKn., for the period 2023-2024, while Agus has 16 years of experience in the financial sector. Currently, he serves as Executive Director at PT Nusantara Sugihartana Internasional (NSI), an Indonesia-based investment management company.
