NTT Provincial Government Begins Disbursing 13th-Month Salary for Civil Servants Today, Budget at IDR 108 Billion

The Provincial Government of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) began disbursing the 13th-month salary for state civil apparatus (ASN) on Monday (15/6/2026). For this payment, the NTT Provincial Government has prepared a budget of IDR 108 billion designated for civil servants (PNS) and government employees with work agreements (PPPK).

“The Provincial Government of East Nusa Tenggara remains committed to fulfilling the rights of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in a timely manner and in accordance with statutory regulations. The budget of IDR 108 billion is for the payment of the 13th-month salary,” said NTT Governor Emanuel Melkiades Laka Lena on Monday (15/6/2026).

The Golkar politician explained that the payment of the 13th-month salary refers to Government Regulation Number 9 of 2026 and NTT Governor Regulation Number 9 of 2026, which serve as the basis for its implementation. According to Melki, all administrative and budgeting processes have been completed, allowing the disbursement to begin on 15 June 2026.

“All administrative and budgeting processes have been well prepared. The payment of the 13th-month salary will commence on Monday, 15 June 2026, and will be distributed in stages according to the applicable mechanism into each ASN’s account,” Melki clarified.

According to him, the 13th-month salary is important to support the needs of ASN families, especially ahead of the new school year. This additional income is expected to help with children’s education costs while also boosting public purchasing power.

“I hope this additional income can be used wisely for children’s education needs, improving family welfare, and supporting the economic activities of the community in East Nusa Tenggara,” he concluded.
