NTT PBB Branch to Summon Kupang DPRD Member Caught with Mistress
The Regional Leadership Council (DPW) of the Star and Crescent Party (PBB) in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) will soon issue a summons to Hengky Febrianus Loden. Hengky Loden is a member of the Kupang Regency Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) who was raided with his mistress at a rented house in Oebufu Ward, Kupang City, NTT, on Sunday (29/3/2026) around 01:00 WITA. “I am currently out of the area and plan to return to Kupang on Thursday. So we will hold an internal meeting at the DPW level to summon and seek information from our member/cadre,” said the Chairman of DPW PBB NTT, Saktico Masneno, to detikBali on Monday (30/3/2025). The son of former Kupang Regent Korinus Masneno explained that DPW PBB NTT will definitely issue a summons letter to Hengky Loden. Regarding sanctions, Saktico stated that they will be adjusted to the ongoing legal process at the Directorate of Criminal Investigation for Women’s and Children’s Protection and Anti-Trafficking in Persons (Ditres PPA-PPO) of the NTT Provincial Police. According to Saktico, the party will take a stance after the internal meeting at DPW PBB NTT. Hengky Loden, who is the Chairman of the PBB Kupang Regency Branch (DPC), will be brought to the meeting along with his legal wife, Marce Pian, for clarification. “The outcome of the meeting will be between the DPW PBB NTT leadership and Mr. Hengky, our cadre, along with his wife or the affected party,” explained the Kupang Regency DPRD member. Previously reported, Kupang Regency DPRD member Hengky Febrianus Loden claimed to be a gentleman after being raided with his mistress at a rented house in Oebufu Ward, Kupang City, NTT, on Sunday (29/3) in the early hours, around 01:00 WITA. The raid involved his wife, Marce Pian, along with the Ditres PPA-PPO of the NTT Provincial Police. “Let the media have their opinions in writing, but I have been a gentleman and have apologised to my wife, children, and family,” said Hengky to detikBali on Monday (30/3/2026).
