NTB High Prosecutor's Office to Auction Seized Assets from Corruption Cases, Including Vehicles and Land
The High Prosecutor’s Office (Kejati) of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) is auctioning a number of assets seized from corruption and general crime cases. The items being auctioned range from land and buildings to mobile phones.
Chalis Al Rossi, Head of the Asset Settlement Subdivision at Kejati NTB’s Asset Recovery Division, stated that the total value of the items to be auctioned is Rp 3.1 billion. “This figure could increase or remain the same, depending on the sales process. There may be items that do not sell or the bidding could go higher,” he said on Wednesday.
The items being auctioned include both movable and immovable property. Movable assets include vehicles, mobile phones, and machinery. Immovable assets consist of land and buildings. “The land and building objects are mostly from special crime cases. The mobile phones and other items are from general crimes,” Chalis explained.
The auction will be conducted at five District Prosecutor’s Offices: Mataram, East Lombok, Sumbawa, Dompu, and Bima. In East Lombok, a plot of land measuring 7,366 square metres with a building on it, located in Pemongkong Village, Jerowaru District, has a limit price of Rp 751,542,000. Five motorcycles of various brands with limit prices ranging from Rp 1,807,000 to Rp 14,402,000 and 20.457 tonnes of manganese ore with a limit price of Rp 2,653,000 will also be auctioned there.
In Mataram, seven plots of land, each measuring 200 square metres and located in Kateng Village, Praya Barat District, Central Lombok, will be auctioned with a limit price of Rp 53,311,000 per plot. In Sumbawa, a plot of land and a building covering 523 square metres in Jurunale, Brang Bara Village, Sumbawa District, has a limit price of over Rp 1 billion. Another plot of land measuring 9,484 square metres in Pernek Village, Moyo Hulu District, has a limit price of Rp 824.7 million.
In Dompu, the items being auctioned include mobile phones, motorcycles, a car, timber, and a saw. In Bima, nine mobile phones of various brands will be auctioned with limit prices ranging from Rp 131,000 to Rp 1,156,000, along with four motorcycles of various brands with limit prices from Rp 731,000 to Rp 2,733,000.
The auction will be held on 13 August 2026. To participate in the auction process, the public can access the official website lelang.go.id. “People can also visit the location at each district prosecutor’s office,” he said.
