NTB High Prosecutor's Office Auctions Seized Assets Worth IDR 3.1 Billion
The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) High Prosecutor’s Office is auctioning seized assets from general and special criminal cases with a total limit value of approximately IDR 3.1 billion, which has the potential to increase state revenue. “This figure could rise or fall depending on the auction sales process. Some items may not sell or could sell above the limit price,” said Chalis Al Rossi, Head of the Asset Settlement Subdivision at the NTB High Prosecutor’s Office Asset Recovery Division, in Mataram on Wednesday. Chalis stated that the items being auctioned consist of movable and immovable assets, such as land, buildings, vehicles, and mobile phones. Land assets generally originate from special criminal cases, while mobile phones and other movable items come from general criminal cases. The public can participate in the auction through five district prosecutor’s offices in the NTB region starting 13 August 2026. In addition to visiting the district prosecutor’s offices, participants can also take part online via the official website lelang.go.id. “The limit price for each plot of land is IDR 53.3 million,” he said. The East Lombok District Prosecutor’s Office is auctioning one plot of land along with a building with a limit value of IDR 751.5 million. Also available are 20.4 kilograms of manganese ore valued at IDR 2.6 million and five motorcycles with limit prices ranging from IDR 1.8 million to IDR 14.4 million. Additionally, a plot of land covering 9,484 square metres in Pernek Village, Moyo Hulu District, has a limit price of IDR 824.7 million. Meanwhile, the Dompu District Prosecutor’s Office and the Bima District Prosecutor’s Office are offering various movable items, such as mobile phones, motorcycles, and cars, with varying limit values. Chalis added that the public can view the complete list of auctioned items through the official NTB High Prosecutor’s Office catalogue.
